Return Policy

If you change your mind and would like to return a product you have purchased, you are welcome to do so.

You have up to 7 days from the day you received your order to return it.

The product must be unused, in its original, sealed packaging, and the labels must not be damaged.

Products are not eligible for a refund or exchange if there is evidence that the product or package was tampered with. 

All accessories must be included with the return.

You must provide the original proof of purchase.

You will need to arrange the return of the goods to us. You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods.

Returned products will be inspected and tested by us before a refund or exchange will be offered.

We will refund the price paid for the goods, or exchange the product.

Refunds are deposited into the credit card used for the purchase, or into your bank account, if payment was by EFT.

Regulations provide that in order to perform a refund for any Direct deposit / EFT / Instant EFT purchases, we require:

A stamped bank confirmation letter on the bank's letterhead or

A bank statement showing your name and account details

Refunds may take between 10 to 30 days to reflect. Refund processing time will commence from the time the goods are received by us.

We regret that delivery or courier costs can not be refunded.

We regret that some products cannot be returned. These include:

Due to hygiene reasons, earphones and headphones that have been opened and used.

Electronic items that have been opened and used.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the product you order is appropriate for its intended use.

Returning products that are delivered in a damaged condition

In the unfortunate event that we deliver a damaged product to you, we will collect the defective product and deliver a replacement product at our expense, provided you notify us of the damaged product within 48 hours. 

Returning products that are not what you ordered

If an incorrect product is delivered to you by mistake (i.e. it’s not the product you ordered), please notify us immediately so that we can collect the incorrect item from you and deliver the correct product as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, please do not remove the product from its original packaging or use the product in any way.

Faulty / Defective products

Products are not eligible for a refund, exchange or repairs if they have been damaged due to inappropriate use, accidents, or where there is evidence that the product was tampered with or altered.

All products that become faulty due to manufacturing defects within the first 6 months will be inspected and tested by the manufacturer or supplier.

If found to be defective, the product will be repaired, replaced with the same product, or we will refund the purchase price.

If it is determined that the returned product is not defective, you will be liable for all handling and shipping charges, including the collection and re-delivery of the product to you. You will be notified of this and asked how you want the product returned to you.

No refunds, exchanges or repairs will be performed until a suitably qualified expert or service centre has advised that the malfunction is a result of a pre-existing defect.

No refunds, exchanges or repairs will be performed if the customer had knowledge of the defect at the time of purchase.

No refunds, exchanges or repairs will be performed on goods that have been altered, disassembled, installed, attached to, combined with, or embedded within other goods.

Repairs after 6 months

We will honour all manufacturer warranties. So if your product becomes defective after six months but still within the manufacturer's warranty, we will send the product to the manufacturer, who will determine if you have a valid claim, and whether to refund your money, exchange or repair the product.

All repairs and exchange enjoy a 3 month warranty, or the remainder of the original warranty period, whichever is the greater.

If it is determined that the returned product is not defective, you will be liable for all handling and shipping charges, including the collection and re-delivery of the product to you. You will be notified of this and asked how you want the product returned to you.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Warranties do not cover any defects caused by:

Abuse, misuse or damage due to any accident or act of God.

Normal wear and tear reasonably expected from the product.

Using the product for a purpose other than the purpose for which it was manufactured. Unless otherwise specified, products sold by us are intended for private, household or recreational use. 

Failure by the customer or any other person to comply with the manufacturers’ instructions for installation, maintenance and the safe use of the product.

The use of accessories which have not been approved by the manufacturer.

Installations of additional software and applications onto computers, consoles, laptops, mobile devices and tablets.

Game consoles used to play discs that are not original, such as user-recorded discs. No "read error" warranties will be considered.

The application or use of any incorrect or abnormal electrical supply to the appliance.

Changing the power cord or factory-fitted plug.

Wiring or electrical connections which does not form part of the appliance at the time of the original purchase.

The presence in the appliance of objects which the appliance is not intended to cope with.

Repairs or attempted repairs of the appliance by the customer or any unauthorised person.

Any modification of the appliance by the customer or any unauthorised person.

Sound and visual products that have not been installed by a qualified, VAT registered installation company or professional.

Lightning strikes or power surges.

Parts of the product which are expected to wear out before the warranty period expires, including but not limited to, batteries, filters, drives, fan belts and fuses.

Cosmetic flaws which do not, in the manufacturer's or expert's opinion, prevent the appliance from working adequately. These flaws include, but are not limited to:

discolouring of any part of the appliance

paint peeling off

cracked or broken handles, plates, hinges, wheels, panels, or any portion of the product which is glass

rust or the effects of rust

Repairs after 6 months & after manufacturer's warranty

If the manufacturer’s warranty has expired and you wish to have your goods repaired, we will arrange a repair to take place on your behalf.

A quote will be sent to you within 10 days of the goods being received for your approval.

An assessment fee may be charged whether or not the repair takes place.

You will be liable for all costs of any repairs that are done out of warranty.

Refunds and exchanges: Video games

Refunds and exchanges on new video games can only be performed within 7 days from the date of purchase.

No refunds or exchanges will be made on new games which have been opened or whose seals appear to have been tampered with.

No refunds and exchanges will be performed on pre-owned games, unless the game is defective.

Games cannot be refunded or exchanged once opened due to incompatibility. It is your responsibility to check that you have ordered the correct platform and that your system meets the minimum requirements, before placing your order. 

Refunds and exchanges on defective games will only be considered if you notify us of the defect within 72 hours of purchase.

Games alleged to be faulty will be booked in for testing. If found to be defective, the product will be exchanged for the same game, if available, failing which the customer will receive a refund of the purchase price.

If it is determined that the returned game is not defective, you will be liable for all handling and shipping charges, including the collection and re-delivery of the game to you. You will be notified of this and asked how you want the game returned to you.

No refunds, exchanges or repairs will be performed until a suitably qualified expert or service centre has advised that a game malfunction is a result of a pre-existing defect.

No refunds or exchanges will be performed if the customer had knowledge of the defect at the time of purchase.

No refunds or exchanges will be made on games that have been damaged due to abuse, misuse, accidents or system malfunctions.

No refunds or exchanges will be made on games by reason of your failure to check that you, or the person you are acquiring the game for, has a system that meets the minimum specifications required and/or relevant age restriction.

Under no circumstances can we exchange or refund games that require online authentication or activation. Once opened, they are deemed to have been activated and authenticated.
